How to deal with “others’ opinion'“?

We’re supposed to be social human beings, building connections with each other and it’s great like this. However it’s less great that we also try to control each other. It shouldn’t be the case and by the way it never ends well.

It would be so much easier to live and let live freely. This also includes that we shouldn’t care too much about others’ opinions.

Just think about it.. how much frustration and pressure comes from these thoughts:
ouh..what would they say?
what others may think of me?....

Let them say anything. It’s their problem, not yours

Imagine that you’re walking down the street and someone tells you how ugly your blue hair is…
Would you be sad or agonized? More likely you would be a bit shocked..” what a f*cking idiot, and I don’t even have blue hair..” but you woulnd’t feel bad not even for one sec because you wouldn’t beleive any of it.

But.. if you would be told something that you (at least a bit) believe – like you’re fat, old or ugly, or your hair is terrible and oily..etc Then you would feel bad because of these thoughts, because you believe them.

If these would come from someone you know, someone you trust.. then you would get easily grumpy, sore, heart-broken from these opinions. However the difference is only that you know this person and trust his/her judgement, believe (!) what you hear..

The common point is You. You hear the same things but you interpret them differently..You could also decide to not even give a sh*t.

Trust and respect yourself enough..not to believe every opinion, but at least evaluate before you decide to believe it.

It’s so much more liberating to live like this.

Take good care of yourself, slow down and build an incredible relationship with the moooost important.. with Yourself and then you can’t be pulled down by some external opinions.

Have a great week 😉
