โฃWell, youโ€™ll need perseverance, an open-mind, imagination, willigness to learn, mindset management, self-care AND supportive habits.โฃ

Letโ€™s look at the 3 basics youโ€™ll definitely need for a good goal-setting:โฃ

First of all โ€“ ๐™—๐™š 100% ๐™˜๐™ก๐™š๐™–๐™ง ๐™ฌ๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ ๐™ฌ๐™๐™–๐™ฉ ๐™ฎ๐™ค๐™ช ๐™ง๐™š๐™–๐™ก๐™ก๐™ฎ ๐™ฌ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™ฉ, ๐™ฌ๐™๐™–๐™ฉ ๐™™๐™ค๐™š๐™จ ๐™จ๐™ช๐™˜๐™˜๐™š๐™จ๐™จ ๐™ข๐™š๐™–๐™ฃ ๐™›๐™ค๐™ง ๐™”๐™ค๐™ช. Youโ€™ll need to define success for yourself. We shouldnโ€™t compare our dreams to othersโ€™. We are all different, our definition of success is different and this is OK like this.โฃ

Many drop off at this stage already because they are not clear what their true deep desires are, or they donโ€™t dare to dream and they donโ€™t have dreams and goals at all โ€“ which is a great example of self sabotage and fear is hiding behind it.โฃ

You can set goals properly if you dig deep and get 100% clear what your own dreams really are. ๐™”๐™ค๐™ช ๐™ฃ๐™š๐™š๐™™ ๐™ฉ๐™ค ๐™›๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™’๐™ƒ๐™”๐™จ, ๐™ฌ๐™๐™ฎ ๐™ฎ๐™ค๐™ช ๐™ง๐™š๐™–๐™ก๐™ก๐™ฎ ๐™ฌ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™ค๐™จ๐™š ๐™™๐™ง๐™š๐™–๐™ข๐™จ ๐™ฉ๐™ค ๐™˜๐™ค๐™ข๐™š ๐™ฉ๐™ง๐™ช๐™š.โฃ

2. Second, if you have your goals, ๐™˜๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐™ช๐™ฅ๐™ค๐™ฃ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™ค๐™—๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™–๐™˜๐™ก๐™š๐™จ. There will be obstacles, for sure, so await them as prepared as possible.โฃ

You can move towards your goal if they are inspiring and motivating enough so when obstacles come you donโ€™t quit but know that those are the part of the journey and anyhow you go further.โฃ

Our brain is designed to keep us safe and away from pain, which also means that our brain fears new things โ€“ which are inevitable on the journey to success.โฃ

3. As a third thing, when you have your goals and obstacles - here comes the fun part โ€“ ๐ƒ๐‘๐„๐€๐Œ ๐š๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฆ๐ฌ.โฃ

How do you feel? What do you have in your life? What has changed? Letโ€™s use your imagination. Whatโ€™s your day like? What kind of a ๐™๐™–๐™—๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™จ do you have?โฃ

โฃHaving supportive habits is key to be able to achieve long-term success. There are so many videos, studies, books about whatโ€™s common in successful people. For sure they are spending their time consciously and they have all established supportive habits. โฃ

โฃSupportive habits help us reach our goals, make us a better person, help us grow while our bad habits hold us back. All of us. You are not a bad person, just because you have bad habits. We all have bad habits. We are humans.โฃ

Those successful people arenโ€™t perfect either, they just aim for creating and maintaining better habits.โฃ
