Self-Care
Self care means that you actively take actions for yourself, for your own health. It includes taking care of your body, but also of your mind and soul. (!)
What do you do consistently for the health of your
Body?
Mind?
Soul?
Self-Care is the pampering, taking good care of your skin, taking a nap, relaxing, having a massage or facial. Self-Care is also the less comfortable activities and hard work, like exercising or saying no to unwanted calories, setting your boundaries and letting go people pleasing. These all are part of the Self-Care. You take good care of yourself when you prioritize your own true well-being.
As a mom we are conditioned to care for others, but you know… you can’t pour from an empty cup. So make sure you also prioritize your own Self-Care!
